Job DescriptionRegular: Lead daily leadership routines and ensure standards sustenance through process confirmation.Review and achieve VS KPIs via clear systematics such as PDCA.Plan and execute BPS maturity improvement.Plan and support implementation required I4.0, digital roadmap for the value stream.Coordinate with internal customers/CFTs to achieve holistic KPI development.Identify training needs and ensure competency build-up on the shop floor.Implement Plant/RBU strategy, EHS, IT security, and compliance guidelines.Responsible for improving team/organizational performance.Responsible for respective QMS MP, MM related to the production area.Periodic: Lead and conduct system CIP workshops, review of system CIP projects, coaching of teams.Occasional: Coordinate with IPN/Lead plant for plant-to-plant product transfer.Realization of industrialization of new products.QualificationsB.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical Engineering), MBA (Operations) - optional.12+ years experience in handling/leading production line, production planning.Additional InformationTechnical: Knowledge of motor manufacturing.
