Job Description:
Project Officer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Officer to join our team on an initial 12-month contract with potential extensions.
About the Role:
* Provide operational administrative support to the core team, including monitoring and management of shared mailboxes.
* Create and update records and databases, including resource requests, equipment requests, and invoicing.
* Support the function's capacity and compliance requirements, including updating and preparing reports.
* Coordinate activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with procedures and processes.
* Implement and comply with national ICT policies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Submit timely reports and prepare presentations as assigned.
* Adhere to and update/develop the team's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) catalogue.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in supporting the delivery of services within a busy organisation.
* Experience of engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple responsibilities with tight deadlines.
* Proven ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

* Finance background desirable but not essential.
