This is a 12-month fixed term contract.
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for executing day-to-day marketing activities and ensuring brand consistency across all LotusWorks channels. This role involves coordinating campaigns, managing brand guidelines, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver cohesive brand messaging. Additionally, the role supports strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand growth and align with business objectives.
Responsibilities
* Assist in creating and coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, digital ads, traditional channels).
* Assist in creating and curating engaging content across LotusWorks Online and Offline channels ensuring marketing materials are on time, within budget, and aligned with brand guidelines.
* Own, manage and ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand throughout all marketing activities.
* Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, preparing regular reports for The Communications and Marketing Lead.
* Produce high-impact visuals to enhance campaign performance and lead generation.
* Create marketing assets like BD enablement tools, case studies, and competitive analysis visuals.
* Support business development teams with tailored marketing materials for lead-generation campaigns.
* Organize and manage marketing collateral (presentations, brochures, digital assets) and ensure brand consistency.
* Coordinate content calendars for social media, blogs, and newsletters.
* Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities and target audience preferences, providing actionable insight.
* Assist with marketing budget planning, tracking, and vendor management.
* Any other duties that may be assigned to your role.
Skills Required
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Familiarity with branding principles and basic design concepts.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (a plus).
* Understanding of digital marketing, including social media, email, and content marketing.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
* Creative thinking and content creation.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing metrics and performance data.
Education / Licenses / Certifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role with brand-related responsibilities.
* Full Drivers License and own transport essential.
