Role responsibilities include: Achieving weekly and monthly call volumes and revenue targets Creating, analyzing and managing Sales reports Identify, target and generate new leads, to develop and secure business for the hotel Relationship management of both new and existing clients Achieving quality proactive and reactive sales calls Manage an agreed list of accounts, responsible for the development and revenue levels of these accounts.
Prepare proposals and contracts for the hotel where needed Using Envision CRM you will manage and upkeep the details of all our clients Sales activities including setting up appointments, sales trips, telesales, FAM trips and trade show attendance.
To conduct Hotel Site inspections with clients Maximise hotel revenue and guest satisfaction by ensuring effective processing of conference bookings Maintain effective correspondence with sales team and clients Assist with the creation & implementation of the sales plan Other duties may be assigned by the Sales Manager or the General Manager on occasions to meet the changing needs of the business.
Skills Requirements: Fluent level of spoken & written English Proven experience of working as part of a team Results driven and focused on targets Dynamic self starter with a proven ability to achieve high call volume and conversion Drive and enthusiasm along with strong attention to detail Excellent planning and organisational skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Basic IT skills Ability to work without direct supervision Capacity for flexibility, change and innovation A relevant third level qualification would be desirable but not essential
