About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced PMO Lead to drive project management excellence across our organization. As a key leader in this role, you will utilize your knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing activities to set standards, ensure timely delivery, manage resources, and maintain compliance.
This is a high-visibility role with significant exposure to senior leadership and opportunities for professional growth. The PMO Lead will be the primary site contact for all pipeline project management activities, collaborating with research and development teams to create and execute strategies for the commercial supply of new products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, develop, and mentor a team of skilled project/program managers.
* Provide strategic direction to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
* Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and best practices.
* Track and evaluate project outcomes, making adjustments to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
* Oversee the execution of large-scale projects to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
* Manage resource allocation in alignment with project requirements.
* Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership and stakeholders.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize PMO processes.
* Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental standards.
* Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or quality-related field.
* 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or drug development.
* Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
* Extensive knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
* Experience navigating regulatory requirements within the pharmaceutical industry.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to influence peers and senior management.
* Problem-solving and strategic adaptability.
Salary: Estimated salary range based on location and experience: $120,000 - $160,000 per year.
