As a Principle Data Analyst, you will be part of a healthcare product team; focused on developing and implementing methods to improve data generation, usage and reliability. You will be a key team member, focused on developing foundational data-pipelines for downstream analytics and managing Customer analytics requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Identify opportunities to drive incremental Analytics product Value. Deliver technology & process improvements that bring to application to deliver measurable benefits.
2. Scope, design, build, test and implement tactical & strategic solutions.
3. Engage with stakeholders and provide insights and recommendations on process/system improvements that will support delivery & data strategy.
4. Utilize SQL to create net new solutions, modify existing content and distribute the data to users and other systems.
5. Analyze customer reporting inventory and identify opportunities to consolidate, optimize or decommission reports that are no longer needed.
6. Drive the development, monitoring, review, and evaluation of new metrics, KPIs, key risk indicators, reports & dashboards, utilizing data discovery techniques across complex data sets.
7. Use specialist tools such as Tableau, PowerBI or Looker to present data in visual forms such as dashboards.
8. Provide recommendations to the development team regarding query optimization.
9. Team and project leadership as required.
Required Qualifications:
1. Strong SQL experience, including experience with various Database technologies (e.g. Oracle, Snowflake, Microsoft SQL Server, DB2, Teradata etc.)
2. Experience in data ETL and blending tools.
3. Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely in writing and orally to individuals and groups.
4. Proficiency with Excel & any Visualization tool.
5. Hands-on experience developing data pipelines that demonstrate a strong understanding of software engineering principles.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience building data pipelines on either AWS, Azure or GCP, following best practices in Cloud deployments.
2. Understanding of system hardening, and threat and vulnerability management.
3. Query optimization.
4. Proven track record in delivering technology-driven solutions through the full project life cycle.
