We are now hiring for an experienced Site Administrator with previous experience in the construction industry. The Site Clerk will assist with the day-to-day operations of our site and support the site management team with their responsibilities. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and driven individual.
This is a fixed term 24-month contract role, with the potential to extend further for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
* Manage the PROCORE software system in terms of invitations/permissions, Requests for information (RFI), Material and design submittals, Designer and subcontractor document management.
* Managing BCAR inspections.
* Managing benchmark first of kind inspections.
* Assist with onboarding of new suppliers/subcontractors to familiarise them with Comer Group processes and systems.
* Ordering of office materials and tracking Purchase Orders (PO's) using the YOOZ software system.
* Assist with implementation of OPENSPACE Reality Capture software to record construction progress on site.
* Printing drawings on site where required.
* Record minutes of meetings.
* Full time management of procure RFIs, Submittals, Onboarding of new sub-contractors.
* Other duties as assigned by Site Team.
Requirements
* Minimum of 1 year experience in Ireland in a similar role.
* The role is located on site in Sandyford Dublin; it is not remote working.
* Experience in the Construction Industry and current Safe Pass desirable.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word / Excel / Powerpoint.
* Experience with Procore software would be an advantage.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Detail oriented.
