What we are looking for:
* 3+ years experience in a customer services, customer retention, customer engagement, renewals specialist, customer experience role
* Ambitious individuals that are independently motivated for success and career progression
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with achieving targets and KPI’s
* Bachelor's degree advantageous but not required
