Kingfisher (Waterford), a National Quality Standard Award winning Leisure Facility, is recruiting for a Duty Manager.


Key Responsibilities of the Role:

1. Ensure that all facilities are operated in compliance with Health, Safety and Welfare at Work acts plus other legislation guidelines and codes of practice.
2. Supervise the daily operations of the centre.
3. Ensure that the centre is maintained to the highest level of hygiene.
4. Create a friendly, welcoming and relaxed environment for all visitors to the centre.
5. Be responsible for the development, control, and general supervision of staff.
6. Carry out departmental induction and training for all new staff.
7. Ensure that operational standards of performance are trained and monitored to all staff members.
