Role: Wellbeing and Benefits Manager
Job Summary:
The Wellbeing and Benefits Manager will work with a large financial institution in Dublin to deliver benefits services. This role requires an experienced benefits consultant who can design, improve, and implement benefit policies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work as a senior benefits consultant within a team responsible for pensions and benefits across EMEA.
* Collaborate with the SVP Senior Benefits Consultant for Benefits and Wellbeing to develop, manage, and implement benefits programs that align with HR and Benefits strategy.
* Oversight of vendors delivering programs covering life, accident, disability, and voluntary benefits including insurance.
* Manage the review and renegotiation of contracts and renewal terms.
* Partner with third-party vendor management and information security teams to ensure vendors meet contract terms and conditions.
* Support onsite and near-site medical services including GPs, doctors, and psychiatric services.
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of insurance principles and experience working with benefits contracts.
* Solid experience in health insurance contracts and health services, focusing on measuring ROI.
* Exceptional attention to detail and experience with governance models for effective benefits management.
* Experience working in a large multinational organization with a matrix structure and multiple stakeholders, educating employees on benefits.
* Strong project management skills, managing timely delivery of stakeholders and partners.
* Solid experience working with flexible benefits providers, understanding scheme design and configuration of flexible benefits plans and programs.
* Experience benchmarking benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and developing plan changes to meet benchmark requirements.
