* Good communication and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
* Working with the purchasing manager to run the purchasing department.
* Maintaining open purchase order, inventory control and invoice processing.
* Working with warehouse staff to compare deliveries with purchase orders to identify discrepancies.
* Dealing with suppliers and solving any queries.
* Liaison with finance department on Supplier Ledger.
