Within this role you will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing support of various IT applications and systems.
As a Senior IT Applications Analyst within Lab Systems, a typical day might include, but is not limited to, the following:
1. Coordinating across business departments and stakeholders, gathering and implementing enhancement requests across departments
2. Acting as a Technical SME/Lead on initiatives
3. Managing system documentation tasks, including converting user requirement specifications to detailed design specifications, writing configuration test plans, and creating summary reports
4. Processing IT Applications change control requests
5. Working with Validation and Quality departments to ensure IT Applications are implemented following development life cycle approach
6. Training other IT Applications team members
7. Coordinating with other IT Applications team members to implement the system in an efficient manner
8. Providing end-user support for IT Applications including troubleshooting problems at the application server level
9. Leading IT Applications systems security access and periodic audit trail reviews
10. Supporting day-to-day activities for IT Applications
11. Providing on-the-floor guidance and support to employees
12. Prioritizing the day-to-day work assignments for analysts within the IT department to support application troubleshooting activities
13. Maintaining up-to-date training records for self and direct reports

To be considered for this opportunity you should have a BS/BA in Information Technology or related field and minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
