Role Overview
We’re seeking a skilled Cloud & Infrastructure Solutions engineer to provide expert technical support, contribute with a team of highly engaged customer-focused engineers, and manage cloud and on-premises IT projects. You’ll collaborate with customers, resolve technical issues, ensure successful deployments, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead technical support for on-site and remote customer needs.
2. Mentor engineers and ensure high standards of technical delivery.
3. Manage and resolve escalated technical issues.
4. Oversee medium to large-scale IT projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
5. Maintain clear communication with customers and management.
6. Build strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
Required Skills & Knowledge
1. Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Virtualisation, Networking, and Security.
2. Experience with Hybrid IT Solutions (Cloud and On-Prem).
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Servers, Active Directory, SQL Server.
4. Strong knowledge of firewalls, endpoint protection, and backup solutions.
Essential Requirements
1. 10+ years of relevant experience.
2. Relevant third-level degree or equivalent.
3. Full clean driver’s license.
