We are a business law firm with extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of Irish business-related law and with particular focus on the Energy, Technology, Financial Services, Built Environment, Healthcare, Life Sciences and Charities sectors.About the RoleWe're on the hunt for an exceptional Senior Creative Designer to join our growing in-house team. Partnering with our Director of Design, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our creative output and delivering standout design work that elevates our brand and projects across the board. This is your chance to bring big ideas to life and make a real impact within a dynamic and supportive environment.What you doSupport the Director of Design by delivering top-quality creative work across a variety of projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to refine creative briefs and meet their needs.Design and build adaptable templates tailored to a professional services environment.Develop animations, motion graphics, and video content.Handle typesetting and ensure precision in all design outputs.Develop new approaches to keep designs fresh and engaging.Provide input on creative strategy and share ideas with the Director of Design.Schedule and manage design production work.Mentor and support a creative intern, helping them grow their skills.What we are looking forExperience:At least 5 years in a senior design role with hands-on production experience within an in-house or creative agency environment.Corporate brand design.A Visual Communications Degree or similar.A strong command of visual communication methodologies including typographic and colour theory.Technical skills:Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).Experience producing motion graphics an advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Template design and build skills in PowerPoint and Canva for non-designers use.
