Job Description
Morgan McKinley are recruiting for a Business Analyst with experience in e-invoicing, payments and transfer agency. This is a competitive daily rate contract with a hybrid working model.
This role requires the successful candidate to work in the office in Dublin City Centre as per business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and maintain documentation to support decisions and programme delivery.
* Use Lean and Agile tools to solve complex product problems and eliminate waste.
* Perform process pilots or simulations to determine organisational impact of potential process changes.
* Control project schedule, scope, and resources throughout the project.
* Conduct sessions to interpret and understand current processes to ensure quality requirements.
* Apply process improvement methodologies in collaborative design.
* Effectively communicate with project stakeholders from project inception through to close.
Requirements:
* 3-5+ years experience as a business analyst, with a proven track record of carrying out requirements analysis and definition.
* An undergraduate degree or Master's in a relevant field.
* Competent with project and test tools (e.g. Jira) and MS office applications.
* Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work to a deadline.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the capacity to host stakeholder meetings with senior management.
* Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
* The proven ability to keep to create and keep to deadlines, manage time and delegate.
* Able to run stakeholder workshops and meetings.
* Strong problem solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve key issues.
