Job Summary
This full-time, permanent role involves working as an Administrative Assistant in our office. As the main point of contact for front-of-house and administrative support, you will be responsible for:
* Receiving and responding to incoming calls and emails
* Managing calendars and inboxes
* Processing mail and packages
* Coordinating stock and supply orders
* Maintaining accurate records of e-filing documents
* Entering data and managing electronic documents
* Preparing meeting rooms and facilities
* Issuing client invoices and receipts
* Performing other tasks as needed.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have experience in an administrative support position within a professional services environment.
