Maintenance Safety Supervisor - Pharma Industry

Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate and ensure compliance with all regulatory safety requirements within the team.
* Coordinate safety-related activities in the operating unit to foster continuous improvement in EOHSS compliance.
* Facilitate local compliance with incident/accident management systems.
* Support investigations by providing SME input and CAPA completion as required.
* Evaluate and promote a culture of safety, embedding a psychologically safe working environment.
* Attend weekly SAT forums to discuss necessary safety themes/topics with technicians and engineers.
* Oversight area risk assessment programs by ensuring non-routine tasks are identified and assessments are completed comprehensively.
* Facilitate RAMS reviews and approvals with EOHSS.
* Be the liaison for external audits and network on EOHSS issues within the business and across sites.
* Ensure safe working practices are documented and followed.
Requirements:
* Hold a recognised qualification in Occupational Health and Safety (CMIOSH) or equivalent, coupled with 6-7 years experience in a relevant role in a regulated manufacturing environment.
* Experience in auditing, preferably with ISO standards.
* In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation.
* Experience in risk assessment, auditing, and incident investigation processes.
* Prioritise safety, quality, and reliability in every task.
* Working knowledge of Maximo or equivalent CMMS system.
