Job Title:
Project Manager - Retail Fit
Out Location:
Dublin Airport, Ireland and remote
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with high-ranking officials at the Dublin Airport Authority (DAA) regarding bids and tenders for retail units at the airport.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards in terms of the DAA.
Maintain excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong relationships with DAA officials and other stakeholders.
Manage shop fit-outs, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with stakeholders, including contractors, staff, management team and suppliers etc.
Oversee the hiring and training of staff, as well as their onboarding process Qualifications: Proven experience in project management within the construction or retail industry.
Previous experience dealing with the DAA would be a distinct advantage.
Strong background in engaging with high-ranking officials and stakeholders.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Experience in shop fit-outs and retail space management.
Strong leadership skills with experience in hiring, training, and onboarding staff.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards in the construction and retail sectors.
