Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our client, who specializes in residential cleaning services in the UK.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing residential, end-of-tenancy, and deep cleaning cleaners to fill various positions at their clients.
The Recruitment Consultant will play a key role in attracting talent and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Benefits: Salary: R6 500 – R8 500 per month, depending on experience40 days of annual leaveFully remote working (own device (laptop) essential for this role) Responsibilities: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of the organizationSource and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking eventsLead full-lifecycle recruiting: source, identify, assess, interview, and guide a diverse pool of candidates through the recruiting processReport on pipeline activity and maintain data integrityRecruitment administration Qualifications: Highly proficient in all Microsoft packages (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS TeamsProven experience as a Recruitment ConsultantStrong knowledge of recruitment best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectivelyProficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) - Freshteams is preferred If you are passionate about finding the best talent for an organization and thrive in a dynamic work environment, we want to hear from you!
