Group Commercial Finance Business PartnerDublin, IrelandThe OpportunityAs a Group Commercial Finance Business Partner at Inizio, you will help shape the financial landscape of our growing business. This position offers the opportunity to work with senior business leaders and make a significant impact across the Group. You will be at the heart of strategic decision-making, providing expert financial insights and driving the business forward.The Group Commercial Finance Business Partner is part of the team responsible for planning, preparing, and analysing the Group’s annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and monthly financial reports. Your work will also contribute to ad hoc projects and providing support and assistance to the Head of Group Financial Planning and Analysis and Group Financial Planning and Analysis Manager.You will report into the Group Finance Planning and Analysis Manager and will work on a hybrid basis out of our Dublin or London office.Role ResponsibilitiesPlan and prepare the annual budget and quarterly forecast reports, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely data to senior management and other team members.Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports, including cost centre and function analysis, providing insights on performance and variances to divisional finance teams and functional heads.Involved in the strategic process, including process planning, result consolidation, scenario analysis, and delivering insights to senior management.Be a trusted advisor by collaborating with divisional finance teams and heads of important functions to translate financial data into relevant insights, ensuring informed decision-making and driving operational efficiency.Identify tools to enhance decision-making, supported by the Group FP&A Manager, while contributing to ad hoc projects.What you bring to the roleQualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA) with 2+ years of post-qualification experience in FP&A or a Group Function role.Strong financial analysis and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide relevant insights.Advanced IT and financial systems expertise, including proficiency in Oracle, Power BI, and advanced Excel modeling.Proactive and detail-oriented professional, capable of managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and driving process improvements.Commitment to compliance and accuracy, ensuring robust financial controls, reconciliations, and high-quality reporting.What we offerGreat compensation packageCompany bonus schemeCompany pension planHybrid working arrangement - 2 days in Dublin – Citywest office or London office.Inizio is a strategic partner for health and life sciences companies.
