Mission:
Customer interface for Quality matters in the assigned P0 projects in the Product Group / Site. Monitor and Control the conformity of the Modifications process.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure 4M matrix respect regarding product or process changes and ensure customer awareness and approval of changes in accordance with the 4M matrix.
2. Ensure CIP is respected, especially Build In Quality Standards: SPPC tracking sheet is used, SPPC identification procedure is respected, SPPC transfer to Supplier through the VRFs.
3. Verify LLCs have been used and respected.
4. Update the quality documents following a product/process-related change.
5. Verify with Purchasing the progress of Suppliers vs. project timeline and collect suppliers' encountered issues and alternative proposals made by the suppliers.
6. Support activities defined for Internal and External Supplier parts on Valeo sites to support Purchasing and SQA team, as defined in the Quality Rasic.
7. For P0 Major - Prepare PVC ensuring readiness of all deliverables required by the PVC. Ensure that for each item requiring a decision from the PVC, all necessary data is available.
8. For P0 Minor, prepare change management committee ensuring readiness of all deliverables required by the committee.
9. Participate in the pre-FDPR and FDPR - collect encountered issues and open corresponding Project QRQCs.
10. Prepare the internal Initial Sample file to be validated by the Site Quality Manager prior to presenting the Initial Sample file to the Customer for sign-off.
11. Participate in the project QRQC and complete the assignments out of QRQC meeting on time.
12. Collect all issues on a weekly basis to build a single list of issues.
13. Update the project quality tracking charts: Convergence graph.
14. During the Project QRQC meeting, ensure that rules are respected and Stop at first disagree and Stop at first no are applied.
15. Perform the revision of the control plan after an issue and/or after test results.
16. Initiate QRQCs in the case of DV or PV test failures.
Requirements:
1. Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
2. 2+ years experience in a Quality Engineering role.
3. Experience within the automotive industry is desirable.
