Administrative Assistant Wanted for Temp 3-Month Contract
The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting a HR leader, providing critical support to ensure the smooth operation of various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Record management, document preparation, general administration, and correspondence.
* Work with Directors and other departments to manage data, create reports, and provide analysis in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Support meeting management by coordinating logistics, ensuring resources are prepared, and facilitating communication.
* Contribute to project management efforts by documenting deliverables, tracking deadlines, and facilitating team communication.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience as an HR Administrative Assistant or Support professional in a global enterprise environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in project coordination, preferably at an intermediate level.
* Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities, manage projects, and coordinate meetings.
* Strong administrative skills, attention to detail, organization, and process execution.
* Excellent computer skills, including database management and spreadsheet skills.
