Experienced Sous Chef wanted for a well-established client in Dingle, Co. Kerry.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to support the Head Chef in maintaining our high standards of cuisine and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Head Chef in planning and implementing menus and specials
* Manage the kitchen team and ensure smooth service delivery
* Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent customer service
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years Sous Chef experience required
* Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to manage a busy kitchen and team
* Flexible to work 40 hours per week, including mornings, lunches, evenings, and weekends
Package on Offer
* Competitive Salary: €52,500 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)
