Role Overview
As an Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of transforming how workspace operators manage their businesses, driving efficiency and improving member experiences. This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of SaaS sales experience who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and seeks opportunities for long-term career growth.
You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team, gaining exposure to strategic decision-making while contributing to the company’s sales strategy, execution, and expansion. This role offers a pathway to senior positions, including opportunities to lead and build a sales team as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities
1. Represent an innovative SaaS solution that addresses critical challenges for coworking and flexible workspace operators.
2. Conduct tailored product demos and presentations, effectively communicating the platform’s value to prospective clients.
3. Take ownership of building a scalable outbound sales strategy, establishing best practices to attract new business.
4. Collaborate with the CEO and marketing team to refine and execute sales strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
5. Negotiate pricing and contracts to close deals and meet/exceed sales targets.
6. Collaborate with marketing to shape and execute lead generation campaigns, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities.
7. Identify and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and strategic networking.
8. Maintain an active and organized sales pipeline, tracking progress in CRM tools.
9. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customers’ needs and positioning Baseworx as the ideal solution.
10. Provide feedback to the product team to influence feature development and address customer pain points.
11. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the coworking and proptech sectors.

Skills & Qualifications
1. 3+ years of SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
2. Experience in consultative selling, with the ability to understand and address complex customer needs.
3. Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers.
4. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
5. Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and sales automation software.
6. Knowledge of the coworking or flexible workspace industry is a plus.
