Szakács / Chef de Partie-different locations in Ireland Job Responsibilities: Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes according to the menu and the restaurant's standards Supervising and coordinating the work of the junior kitchen staff Ensuring that all food items are prepared and presented in a timely manner Monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area Assisting in menu planning and suggesting new ideas for dishes Ordering and managing inventory of food and kitchen supplies Contributing to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed Essential Qualifications: Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Desired Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie, preferably in a high-volume restaurant Experience in menu development and creating innovative dishes Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations A culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus Ability to demonstrate creativity and passion for culinary arts Salary Package: 29.000-33.300€/annum, depending on experience ????Accomodation: Provided by employer, around 250-400€/month, deducted from salary
