Culinary Team Member
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Chef to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will have a quality background or experience in a high-volume kitchen or contract services.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure sufficient Mis en place is always present.
* Organize the work environment to adhere to EHO regulations.
* Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the kitchen area, freezers, and fridges.
* Help with portioning and plating of dishes to ensure consistency and presentation standards are met.
* Assist in receiving and storing food supplies, rotating stock, and notifying senior chefs when supplies need replenishing.
* Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, implementing best practices in food handling and sanitation.
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a contract-service.
* Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings.
* Good organizational skills.
* Good standard and comprehension of English.
* Consistent and reliable approach to your team and all things culinary.
