* Enhancing Ancillary Offerings:
* Establishing competitive product offerings across key areas
* Overseeing Partnership Performance:
* Ensuring alignment with business goals through regular cadence with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in business or similar field
* 7-10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or similar role
* Strong leadership skills and traits
* Familiarity with the aviation industry is an advantage but not required
* Strong hands-on stakeholder management
* Ability to report to senior stakeholders in a concise and detailed manner
