Role Overview: We are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment/HR Coordinator. You will support the operations in managing the overall recruitment process and represent emeis Ireland as an employer of choice. You will manage all aspects of the day-to-day recruitment process, take responsibility and accountability, possess excellent communication skills, and lead the implementation of our strategic vision both in HR and business focus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaising with the recruitment/talent acquisition team and operations teams to ensure recruitment meets the needs of operations.
* Ensuring compliance of candidate files before their commencement as staff.
* Assisting with CV database management, reviewing applications, interviewing candidates, and evaluating skills.
* Managing candidates through job boards, social media, and ATS systems.
* Assisting with the onboarding process for new employees.
* Achieving and maintaining all department KPIs.
* Organizing and maintaining candidate records.
* Improving our employer brand and networking with local opportunities.
* Keeping abreast of the latest recruitment trends.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* HR qualification or related discipline desirable.
* Previous recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a healthcare setting.
* Excellent administration skills and compliance experience.
* Knowledge of the Garda Vetting process.
* Excellent people skills and relationship-building abilities.
* Strong social media recruitment skills (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* Experience in working towards KPIs and deadlines.
* Administrative HR software experience.
* Solid verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
* Full driving license.
* Good knowledge of the process for work permits.
Schedule:
* Day shift, Monday to Friday.
