ASSET FINANCE LAWYER
Our client, a global leader in financial and legal services, is seeking an experienced Asset Finance Lawyer to join their Dublin-based team. What you'll do:
1. Advising clients on Irish legal aspects across a broad range of asset finance matters.
2. Managing transactions end-to-end efficiently and effectively.
3. Working with a diverse client base comprising of domestic and international clients.
4. Reviewing transaction documentation from an Irish law perspective across a wide range of structures and jurisdictions.
5. Preparing and negotiating Irish security documentation.
6. Engaging in business development activities and seeking opportunities for new work.
What you bring:
1. Experience gained within a top-tier law firm in Ireland, the U.K., or internationally.
2. Strong academic background with excellent written communication and drafting skills.
3. 3 – 5 years' relevant post qualification experience within asset finance, banking and/or structured finance.
4. Significant attention to detail, professionalism, ability to multi-task, and excellent organisational skills.
