Job Title: Conveyancing Legal Secretary/Paralegal
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Conveyancing Legal Secretary/Paralegal to join our team in Belfast.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing essential administrative support to solicitors, assisting with property transactions from instruction to completion, including:
Preparing and managing legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, correspondence, and schedules of appointments;
Liaising with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders;
Conducting property searches;
Assisting with Land Registry applications;
Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary/Paralegal is essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of conveyancing procedures, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. We also value a can-do attitude, strong administration skills, and competence at audio dictation.
