The role of Assets Manager from a Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services background will oversee performance and customer relations for the Association's responsive maintenance service. This professional will assist the Director of Assets in delivering a high-quality asset management service to tenants.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with experience in reactive/response maintenance at a supervisory or management level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, or building services and be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills.
Requirements
* Candidates must hold a third-level qualification (HNC, HND or Bachelors Degree) or above in a mechanical, electrical or Building Services discipline.
* A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in reactive/response maintenance at a supervisory or management level, including at least 2 years experience in minor works: value for money/bench marking of costs, mobilisation of works and programme management.
* Relevant experience must include contract management, performance monitoring in a client-facing role, customer engagement and satisfaction, and experience of constructing business cases, board reports, and presentations.
* Candidates must also have experience of supervising staff, IT literacy, and a current full driving licence.
