Role Overview
This is a career-making opportunity to join our established desk in the Banking, Insurance, and Financial Services area with an excellent pipeline of business to access.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, understanding their businesses, operations, and ideal candidate profiles.
* Develop relationships with new and potential clients, showcasing commercial awareness and identifying business opportunities.
* Oversee the full recruitment process, including sourcing, pipelining, advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and placement.
* Maintain attention to detail and ensure accurate data entry into our internal database.
Desired Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 3+ years of recruitment experience.
* Proven track record in sourcing Accounting & Finance candidates through various methods.
* Background in Banking/Financial Services desirable but not essential.
* University degree required.
* Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
* Able to work autonomously and be self-motivated.
* Interest or experience in international recruitment is highly valued.
