This leading global corporate advisory organisation currently require a PA to Director within their Tech Consulting division
Specific Areas of Responsibility :
1. Complex and extensive diary management and meeting coordination
2. Preparation of agendas, taking minutes and actioning items for follow-up
3. Producing brand compliant proposals, presentations and report documentation
4. Booking and preparing conference rooms for staff and external visitors
5. Coordinating travel/accommodation arrangements, liaising with our internal travel office and developing detailed itineraries
6. Organising and coordinating internal and external group events
7. Managing telephone calls when working in the office, using initiative to identify alternative contacts where required
8. General administrative duties e.g. filing emails, expense processing, purchase orders, time transfers
Experience / Skills:
9. 3+ years’ relevant experience in a similar professional environment
10. Proficient MS Office and IT skills
11. Excellent communication skills including telephone technique
12. Strong attention to detail
13. Ability to prioritise, to manage own work flow and to use initiative
14. Resilience - ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and standard of work
15. Team player – ability to engage with the team and to provide support/flexibility

Salary €38k-€42k plus benefits.
12 Month fixed term contract initially and immediate start.
2 days WFH and 3 days office based with huge amount of flexibility
