Your Tasks
Key duties & responsibilities:
1. Ensures that the quality standards of products are achieved and maintained
2. Assists with relative internal and external audits
3. Manages and liaises with customers and vendors through customer complaint process
4. Supports in the development of the company’s quality programme
5. Identifies and prioritizes policies and objectives necessary to achieve and maintain satisfactory quality standards and quality costs
6. Ensures that all test methods and specifications used in the quality control department are appropriate for the intended purpose
7. Manage and support new part launch / PPAP sample process
8. Undertake training and travel as required
9. General quality assistance to all departments
10. Co-operate with management in the smooth and efficient running of operations
11. Liaise with central project teams within the KIRCHHOFF group
Your Profile
Qualifications:
* A third level qualification in an Engineering or Science background and/or have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Quality role
* Experience or Knowledge of IAFT16949, ISO 9000, is a strong advantage
* Experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable
