About the Role:
You will oversee multiple engagements as a Senior Manager in the Audit & Assurance practice, helping resolve accounting, auditing, and other issues during the audit process. A leader in the field, you will supervise and manage services to clients, including preparing audit strategies and budgets.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing a personal growth plan/strategy around new client acquisitions and business development
* Identifying, preparing, and participating in proposals for new clients and projects
* Planning and executing projects to deliver exceptional client experiences
* Building a deep understanding of each client's business and staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
* Identifying and solving problems using analysis, experience, and judgment
* Transforming opportunities into solutions that drive business value for clients
* Using financial information to evaluate business opportunities and make recommendations
About You:
You should be highly motivated, able to work independently in a challenging/dynamic environment. We are looking for candidates with Big 4 or mid-tier audit experience, familiar with auditing and accounting standards, relevant laws, regulations, ethical standards, and independence requirements.
Required qualifications include:
* CAI accounting qualification or international equivalent
* Strong academic record
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
* Commercial and market awareness
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
