They are now seeking a driven and experienced Indirect Procurement Specialist to join their dynamic team in North Dublin.

Role: Indirect Procurement Specialist

Salary Range: €70,000 - €80,000
Working Pattern: Full-Time
The Opportunity:
As an Indirect Procurement Specialist, you'll play a key role in delivering operational efficiency and enhancing value across non-material purchases. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation where your skills will drive real impact.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Managing RFI/Q/P processes and tenders for CAPEX projects and contract renewals.
2. Establishing and maintaining an Approved Vendor List (AVL) for non-material procurement.
3. Leading cost-saving initiatives to reduce operational expenses (OPEX).
4. Proposing and implementing cutting-edge e-tendering and digital procurement solutions.
5. Providing expert commercial support and assisting with major spend negotiations.
6. Overseeing cross-functional procurement projects to ensure strategic success.
7. Ensuring vendor contracts meet compliance standards.
About You:
We're looking for a motivated and skilled professional who brings not just technical expertise, but also a collaborative and innovative mindset. Ideal candidates will have:
1. A Level 8 qualification in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related area.
2. A solid understanding of contract law within an operational context.
3. A minimum of 5 years' experience in procurement or vendor negotiations.
4. A proven track record in securing CAPEX and OPEX contracts.
