Our client seeks a seasoned CAD Manager to lead their technical documentation team. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of their drawing database, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving operational excellence across their manufacturing network.
Key Responsibilities
* Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor CAD technicians, manage workflows, and develop team capabilities.
* Drawing Office Management: Oversee CAD standards, documentation processes, and regulatory compliance, ensuring readiness for audits and inspections.
* Technical Expertise: Lead CAD and BIM integration using AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, and Plant 3D, while promoting best practices in documentation.
* Project & Quality Management: Manage drawing requests, implement quality controls, and ensure compliance with GMP and industry regulations.
* Documentation Management: Maintain and improve the client's drawing management system, ensuring seamless updates, reviews, and approvals.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
* 7+ years of CAD/BIM experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.
* Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
* Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments.
* Strong knowledge of GMP, compliance standards, and CMMS systems (Maximo preferred).
