Supply Chain Planner
In this role, you will report to the Senior Planning Manager and be responsible for managing the incoming flow of raw materials through production to provide high quality products and on-time delivery to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate planning and logistics activities relating to customer requirements and in accordance with the company documented requirements.
* Support the development of the supply chain planning function, providing coaching and training to the supply chain planning team.
* Work closely with Business Unit, Account and Purchasing Managers to ensure the lean management of the supply chain to our customers.
Requirements:
* Minimum of third level qualification, ideally to degree level, in a relevant business discipline.
* Preferably have a formal Supply Chain Management qualification, eg. APICS, IIPMM or equivalent.
* Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in production/materials planning.
Travel Requirements:
Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
* The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, see, and use hands and fingers to operate office equipment.
* Sitting and/or standing for extended periods may occur as well as getting to and from offices and building sites.
