Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Administrator to join our HR team in Galway. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR Manager and serving as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate new hire inductions to prepare candidates for their roles.
* Prepare and distribute terms and conditions of employment, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
* Manage leave-related queries, including annual leave, to ensure adherence to company policies.
* Prepare and distribute new policies and procedures to support organizational growth.
* Create content for marketing materials and internal HR documents.
* Maintain employee confidentiality and protect operations by handling HR information securely.
* Invigilate assessments as part of the recruitment process to meet internal hiring needs.
* Prepare and complete all documentation and administrative tasks to organizational standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Knowledge and Qualifications:
o Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
o Relevant Degree in Human Resource Management.
o General understanding of HR functions within a business context.
* Skills:
o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
o Strong problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
o Dependable, accurate, and thorough, with a commitment to quality.
* Experience:
o Previous experience in HR, personal assistance, recruitment, or account management is advantageous.
