Role Overview
They are seeking an ambitious Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join their highly regarded team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the most highly regarded real estate teams. With your colleagues, you will work on real estate transactions and advise a diverse range of clients, including occupiers, landlords, developers, investors, lenders, and vendors across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Advising on all aspects of commercial property law, including acquisitions, disposals, lettings, and property financing.
2. Handling large-scale real estate transactions, including mixed-use developments, logistics, retail, hotel, and residential “buy-to-rent” projects.
3. Drafting and negotiating complex commercial leases, contracts, and development agreements.
4. Collaborating with internal teams across Tax, Corporate, Finance, Construction, and Litigation to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
5. Engaging with both local and international clients, structuring client-focused solutions tailored to their business objectives.
6. Managing due diligence processes and ensuring regulatory compliance in real estate transactions.
Candidate Requirements
1. Qualified solicitor with 1-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial real estate law.
2. Strong knowledge of the Irish property market and legal framework.
3. Experience handling complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasing.
4. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams, demonstrating a commercial and solutions-focused mindset.
6. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
