Our client is seeking a Senior Associate for their Banking & Finance department.

As a senior fee earner, your excellent legal advice on a range of issues will be highly valued.
You'll also have the chance to build and maintain productive relationships with clients and intermediaries.
What you'll do:
Provide sound, quality technical advice and guidance to clientsManage files with minimal Partner inputBe established and recognised by others in your area of expertiseEnsure you and your team members record and bill their time in accordance with policies and proceduresEnsure clients are fully informed as to the fees and disbursements that will be incurred on each matterBe a significant point of contact in your area of expertise for a number of clientsDemonstrate a thorough understanding of and be able to generate repeat business from existing clientsBe accountable for the coaching and development of paralegals, trainees and new joinersWhat you bring: BE ADMITTED TO PRACTICE LAW IN IRELAND, ENGLAND, OR WALES.Experience in a relevant law firm environment, ideally within the banking/finance department of a large domestic or international firmExperience with structured finance and fund financeExcellent drafting and written communication skillsPotential to develop the highest standards of professional knowledge and abilityProactive contribution to the development of know-how, including precedents, practice notes, and publicationsWhat sets this company apart: Our client provides legal advice across multiple jurisdictions including BVI, Cayman, Guernsey, Irish, Jersey and Luxembourg.
