Responsibilities
1. Identify key stakeholders within product segment
2. Create effective business plans and approach strategies with your Sales Manager
3. Demonstrate the use of our products to surgeons, practice staff and nurses
4. Attend orientation, education & scrub sessions
5. Work closely together with the Customer Service team on tenders, price quotations, order samples, and customer issues
6. Organize and attend conferences for surgeons and other medical staff
7. Regularly attend company meetings, product training and presentations
What you bring
1. Degree Educated in a relevant discipline
2. 2 years of experience in medical sales in hospitals (ideally surgical) with a proven track record of success
3. You have demonstrated the ability to establish professional relationships with key decision-makers
4. You have successfully collaborated with accounts from prospecting, through evaluation stage to implementation within a national framework
5. You are comfortable in an operating room environment
6. You have excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
7. Requires you to live in the East Ireland region and be willing to travel across parts of the country when required
