We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join our Front OfficeTeam in the Court Yard Hotel.

The Role: This is a full-time position working an average of 42.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7 to include weekends and public holidays.
Main Duties: Assist the Front Office Manager in the day to day operations of the Front Office/Reception Department.
Assist in managing a team of 7 staff to include reception and night porters.
Assist the Front Office Manager in managing the front desk and back office administration.
Staff Training & Development.
Assist in the management of Group Reservations.
Working in conjunction with the Hotel Sales Team and Group Revenue Manager.
General front desk/reception duties.
Requirements: 2 years experience in a similar role within a 3/4* hotel is essential.
A good knowledge of OTA Extranets would be an advantage.
Working knowledge of the Hotsoft System would be desirable though not essential.
