•We are looking for an individual with a passion for the industry to assist our growing team of investment managers.
•This role will cover all aspects of administration of the accounts, from opening to closing, ensuring compliance throughout.
•The individual will report to the investment managers and assistant, as well as the Team Leader.
•We offer full training for the role, access to formal industry qualifications and collaborative working towards our team's goals.
•To progress towards being an Investment Manager, the applicant should have started or be willing to start formal industry qualifications at the earliest opportunity.

* As your role is central within the team, you will be assisting in general administration roles, such as answering phones, preparing paperwork and assisting in client meetings.
* You will also facilitate the smooth opening of new accounts, arrange payments to clients and advisers, and ensure Investment Managers are well prepared for client meetings.
* In time, you will be invited to attend client meetings with the Investment Managers to aid your progress towards being a Trainee Investment Manager.
* You will work closely with clients and their agents to provide the best service, necessitating close relationship building with stakeholders internally and externally.
* You must have a pleasant and personable manner, able to get on with a variety of clients.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll be an independent worker and thinker.
You have an interest in financial services or a good understanding of our financial services where you can utilise your knowledge and experience within investment management.
A good level of communication skills is required.
If you have a Financial Qualification such as QFA, experience within financial services is beneficial.
