We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Deputy Training Manager. The successful candidate will be provided with all necessary training and development opportunities to excel in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and Deliver Training Programs: Create engaging and effective training modules that meet business needs and achieve learning outcomes.
2. Training Needs Assessment: Collaborate with the HR and Training Manager to identify training gaps and develop strategies for service-wide delivery of training.
3. Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory requirements through regular audits and reviews of training materials and reports.
4. Innovative Solutions: Develop and implement creative training solutions that can be used across the organization.
5. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
Requirements:
* Rélevant qualifications in healthcare, training, or management
* Certificate or formal training in delivering adult education or staff development programmes
* In-depth knowledge of training practices, including needs assessment, program design, and evaluation methods
* Familiarity with learning management systems and training tools
* Experience in a training or managerial role
Desirable Skills:
* Full Driver's Licence
* Management Training Experience
