So, what’s the job?
1. You’ll handle enquiries by phone, email, and messaging, providing advice and assistance to customers and partners regarding policy coverage, administration, and claims.
2. You’ll resolve customer complaints within the relevant framework.
3. You’ll meet call quality and quantity KPIs.
4. You’ll meet and exceed quality, processing times, and customer excellence targets, managing ticket queries and escalating complaints to management when necessary.
And what are we looking for?
1. You’ll have strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. You’ll have previous experience in a customer service environment.
3. You’ll have the ability to assess information quickly with attention to detail.
4. You’ll have a passion for customer service and solving problems.
5. Holding an existing CII FIT qualification is an advantage; otherwise, CII FIT must be taken and passed during probation.
6. You’ll be flexible with shifts, including weekdays and occasional weekends/bank holidays.
