We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Store Manager to lead the Limerick Jetlands Store, located in Ireland
The Petmania Store Manager is responsible for driving the performance of the store through various key focus areas, including team management, customer service, sales growth, and operational excellence.
To qualify, you should be an experienced people manager with a passion for leadership and development. You need to be curious about learning new ways of managing areas of our business that you might not be familiar with, such as our Grooming Studio, and ready to be a hands-on leader on the sales floor.
This is a full-time role with flexible scheduling, requiring at least one weekend day per week. Some of the key responsibilities include:
* Leading, motivating, and managing all aspects of your team from achieving sales to personal development
* Setting the Customer Service expectation in the store and delivering same
* Driving the performance of the Grooming Studio to maximize bookings and repeat business
* Managing stock levels, including stock takes, ordering, replenishment processing
* Ensuring the care and comfort of our livestock
* Supporting in-store events, such as Operation Transpawmation and Puppy of the Year
While retail management experience is essential in this role, we will provide training on the pet and product side of the business. You will also participate in regular meetings with fellow managers to stay updated on company news and initiatives.
