Head of Sales DHL Global Forwarding (Ireland) Limited
Description:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead our Business Development team and drive growth in the Irish market. The successful candidate will be a member of our Senior Management Team and will have responsibility for developing, communicating, and delivering on a clear Business Development Strategy for DGF IE.
The role will require building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including the CEO and Product Heads, as well as external partners and customers. The Head of Sales will also be responsible for leading a team of Operational & Key Account Owners, Product Subject Matter Experts, Product Route Development Managers, and Sales Support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS AND EXTERNAL PARTNERS AND CUSTOMERS
* DEVELOP AND COMMUNICATE A CLEAR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY FOR DGF IE
* LEAD A TEAM OF OPERATIONAL & KEY ACCOUNT OWNERS, PRODUCT SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTS, PRODUCT ROUTE DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS, AND SALES SUPPORT TEAMS
* RECOGNIZE AND LEVERAGE THE POTENTIAL VALUE OF THE RCC TO THE DGF IE BUSINESS GROWTH STRATEGY
* ENSURE OPERATIONAL COMPLIANCE TO ALL REVENUE AND INTERNATIONAL TRADE LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENTS
