Administrative Assistant Needed for 6-Month Contract in Kilkenny
Morgan McKinley's client, based in Kilkenny, is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant for a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will possess excellent multitasking abilities, work well under pressure, and have experience working with accounts and payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
* Front of house duties
* Manage, report on, and maintain accurate records of payroll, invoicing, monies received, petty cash, fees, employee files, and other essential documents to the required standard
* Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's fee structure and be able to handle all inquiries in a professional manner
* Banking tasks, including making deposits when requested
* Managing and ordering supplies
* Assist with budget management
* Submit information to the Support office by specified deadlines (e.g., payroll information/invoicing)
* Perform ad hoc duties as needed
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in Accounts/Accounts Administration/Payroll (required)
* Relevant qualification in Office Administration
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
* The ability to prioritize and multitask
* Excellent time management skills
* Ongoing attention to detail
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluent in both oral and written English
