Foyle Food Group, a leading red meat processor, is seeking a strategic and commercially driven Group Commercial Director to lead and grow their sales operations.

Foyle Food Group is a £500M turnover business operating across five sites, supplying major retailers and foodservice customers, including Tesco, Lidl, Fairfax Meadow, OSI, Greencore, and Cranswick.
The Opportunity
This is a high-profile role with full responsibility for shaping and delivering the group's commercial strategy. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead a 15-strong sales team, driving business growth, managing key accounts, and unlocking new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, communicate, and deliver the group's commercial strategy, maximising product potential and supporting delivery against KPIs and contracts.
* Play a hands-on role in respect of all key commercial contracts, responsible for new business development, negotiations, and commercial contract management.
* Maintain regular communication with customers, ensuring exceptional product quality and supply chain service.
* Analyse sales opportunities with the Sales and planning teams to ensure profitability is maximised.
About You
You are a senior commercial leader with experience in agri-food, red meat processing, and a proven track record in managing key accounts and growing sales with major retailers, foodservice providers, and international customers.
